Impaired Driving
Your driving is impaired when your ability to do so safely is affected by alcohol, drugs – illicit or prescription – or fatigue. You are an impaired driver any time your unable to:

  • Sense information about traffic, road conditions, signals and markings
  • Decide what to do based on that information, and then
  • Act quickly and safely
